Shanghai Chaoying International Co., Ltd. is valve export branch office of Wenzhou TTV&3E Machine Co., Ltd dealing with the import & export trading. We are one of the leading manufacture of industry valves in China. Established by the Spanish 3E&TTV (Wenzhou) Co., Ltd in 2005, Our diversified line manufactures gate valves, ball valves, plug valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, health valves as well as G-serial pipe line fixed type ball valves of huge size. TTV&3E has acquired API 6D certification as well as ISO9001: 2008.
TTV&3E adopt advanced processing equipments introduced from German, America, West Europe and Russia and processes 30 sets of sophisticated production equipments including the VTC250/40M Lathe & milling machining centre, THP6511B horizontal machining centre, VMC850B vertical machining centre, GMB1620 gantry type boring & milling machining centre, GTC16090 CNC vertical lathe and MD6040, DM6050 and MD6160 CNC spherical grinding machines as well as 30 sets of CAK serial CNC lathes and more than 50 sets of lathes such as vertical lathes, internal and external grinding machines, flat grinders, drill presses, slotting machines and others. (machining equipments and a multi-functional phys-chemical lab)
With the technology support from the Spanish TTV company, we have an excellent science and technology
research and development team consisting of 10 senior engineers, 38 engineering technicians and 10 after-sales service staff members
We design valves by CAD, and a complete test system is established, including 15 sets of test equipment such as compact port spectrographs, MUT-350 crackmeters, CYD-300 MT detectors, SRT-1 surface roughness measuring gauges, HVS-100 micro Vickers, TH-110 leeb hardness testers, 600BF layer thickness meters, FLY1086 three-coordinates measuring machines and WEW-3008 material testing machines. All
the strength let TTV&3E have the capability to manufacture high-quality valves which enjoy good reputation. We are producing more brand products, All the valves conform to national and international advanced standards, such as ANSI, DIN, JIN. Through the well-established domestic and overseas sales network, we have sold over 50% of products to the overseas market.
